We’ve worked with all types of agencies across the board. Every agency is different which means that each agency receives a personalized game plan that is custom to their agency.
The minimum amount of hours Agency U members put in to get results is 5 hours per week to get a substantial result. As we always say in Agency U “If you don’t make the time for systems, you will never have the time.”
Agency U is not a course, it is a mentorship program that involves 1:1 calls with 7 figure agency owners, it involves done for you systems buildout, a community of 200+ agency owners, 24/7 slack support access and access to live in person community events.
You’ll have 24/7 slack access support from our two co-founders Austin and Gilberto along with 1:1 strategy calls paired with unlimited 1:1 implementation calls from your dedicated coach (who is an agency owner doing $50k/month in his agency).
Agency U is designed by agency owners for agency owners. Our team is compromised our co-founders who are owners of 7 figure agencies who started their agencies in 2018. Most agency programs will usually be either lead generation focused or talent acquisition/systems focused. Agency U is a program that covers all 9 levers to grow your agency which are: Client Acquisition System, Sales Infrastructure, Agency Operating System, Agency Authority, Talent Acquisition System, Becoming A CEO, Agency Finance Mastery, 7 Figure Agency Mindset, and Productized & Scalable Offer
Agency U is a mentorship program to help agencies scale. The co-founders Gilberto and Austin have both scaled past $100k/month in their agencies which means they are able to beginner agency owners as well as established agency owners. We have agency owners across the spectrum ranging from beginners to agencies doing $100k+/months which means agencies will benefit from having a strong community of agency owners that have knowledge, skillsets and experiences to contribute to the group.
There’s different levels of support since everything is customized to you, meaning it could be anywhere from $2K to $25K. We will only prescribe the solution we feel is the best fit depending on what level in business you are in currently.
Based on client feedback, the average time spent on this is 5 hours per week which means 1 hour a day and if you have a team or business partner, the amount of time invested per week is likely much lower.
Based on our NPS forms and our client tracking system, we’ve seen it takes clients 1-2 weeks to see an immediate quick win using methods like our “Momentum Campaign”
Our case studies offer a deep dive into the real-world impact we’ve had on agencies just like yours. Each case study highlights the unique challenges faced by our clients, the strategies we implemented, and the measurable results that followed.

Ken’s agency was scaling fast—but behind the scenes, growth had spiraled into chaos. Despite securing multi-year retainers worth $480,000 per client, his patchwork of tools and custom client setups created confusion, inefficiency, and sleepless nights. Managing a 24-person team without clear systems led to disjointed communication, missed deadlines, and constant firefighting. Ken found himself trapped in operations, unable to focus on strategy or scaling sustainably. After restructuring his backend and standardizing processes, everything changed—the new offer generated $100K in just seven weeks, operations became 40% more efficient, and profitability soared through streamlined client agreements. With fewer team members, higher margins, and full visibility into his business, Ken finally gained the peace of mind and strategic freedom to lead his agency confidently into its next phase of growth.

Owen, an 18-year-old high school student, wanted to scale his agency but lacked direction and consistency. He was in "Yes Man" mode, taking on any work and juggling various client requests without a structured offer.

Zach Wood started as a videographer in Provo, Utah, with a fledgling agency and only one paying client, barely making $4,000 a month. He struggled with creating ROI for clients and had no defined acquisition or fulfillment systems, leaving him and his team in constant stress about how to grow and deliver results.

Rev Construct, a Southern California-based agency for contractors, was struggling with low revenue, unclear direction, and shiny object syndrome. They had no defined systems, lacked accountability, and were constantly chasing new ideas without strategic focus.
